The "Starry Night" is a unique and eye-catching piece made of black anodized metal and cool moonlit LEDs. Its modern design adds a sense of sophistication to the ambiance of your home. The placement angle of the light has been carefully designed with ergonomic standards in mind, ensuring better diffusion and wider illumination.
Measuring 120 cm in length, each star has a radius of 4 cm, creating a visually striking composition on your ceiling. The cool moonlit LEDs provide a soft and soothing glow, perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere in your bedroom.
The interaction with the "Starry Night" is simple yet captivating. As the star lights and the constellation of Ursa Major illuminate your home, an emotional connection is formed between the lamp and the user. It combines both performance and aesthetic beauty, making it a truly unique addition to any space.
The "Starry Night" project started in September 2016 and was completed in January 2017 in Tehran. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted on stars and space, conceptually informing the structural and emotional aspects of the lamp.
One of the main challenges faced during the creation of the "Starry Night" was the integration of function and aesthetic beauty in a new concept of a bedroom lamp. The goal was to bring the beauty of starlight into the home while establishing an emotional connection between the lamp and its user. This challenge was successfully overcome, resulting in a design that seamlessly combines form and function.
The "Starry Night" has been recognized for its outstanding design and creativity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category in 2017. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life and making the world a better place.
